No. By design, NeosAI keeps your interactions stateless and does not use your data or prompts for training its models.



Is any of my customer data or prompts accessible to other customers in Neos?

No. All Neos customer data and user prompts are kept private and are not accessible to any other customers within the Neos platform.



Is NeosAI accessible outside of Neos?

No. NeosAI is accessible only inside the Neos platform and to Neos users.



Is NeosAI using a variant of ChatGPT?

No, NeosAI does not use ChatGPT. While NeosAI leverages Microsoft Azure AI services for its generative AI capabilities, these are completely private deployments within Azure, offering extended capabilities.



How does NeosAI filter content that is supplied and returned from AI?

Legal case management content, such as descriptions of injuries from accident scenes or human anatomy in medical malpractice cases, can often be incorrectly flagged and filtered as violence or abuse. In order to maintain the information of these and other documents, NeosAI does not filter content supplied or returned from AI. It is important for the user to review the output for safety.



Is NeosAI using a general and public AI instance?

No. All services that NeosAI leverages are private instances of the Microsoft Azure AI services deployed extensively for the Neos platform.



Does NeosAI store my data?

No. We are using AI models provided by Microsoft Azure AI services. AI services from Microsoft Azure ensure a Zero Data Retention Policy for data passed through its API for eligible endpoints upon request. Upon generating and sending back a response, the input data is immediately deleted.
