Assembly Advocate

As an Assembly Advocate member, you will work with our team to enhance and promote the Assembly corporate and Neos product brands. In addition, you will be а user advocate of the Neos platform and speak to its advantages. 

You will need to: 

  • Be а current Neos customer
  • Share an online review of the Neos platform through G2 
  • Act as a reference — either by phone or email — 3x per year 
  • Provide а publishable testimonial

  • Opportunity to provide Neos interface feedback through our Design Partner Program  
  • Referral program rewards** ($200 contribution to your favorite charity in your name or Amazon/Gold Belly gift card for you)

Assembly Envoy

As an Assembly Envoy, you are more than just an advocate for Neos and Assembly. You are helping shape the company's future by helping propogate the Neos platform.

You will need to:

  • Have Assembly Advocate status
  • Participate in a case study about your practice (one time)
  • Refer 3 firms as qualified leads* (per year)
  • Act as a reference 2x per month

Your benefits:

  • 10% discount on Neos licenses (up to $5k) for as long as you stay in the Ambassador Envoy tier
  • One-time Assembly Software sponsorship of your local Trial Lawyers Association event (if you are a lawyer) or $250 Gold Belly gift card (if you are a paralegal or do not want a sponsorship)
  • Assembly Software premium merchandise

Assembly Influencer

Influencers are a rare breed. They live for the spotlight and thrive in the public space. As an Influencer, you will work with Assembly’s executive leadership team to ensure both the Assembly and Neos brands are top-of-mind.

You will need to:

  • Refer 2 additional firms (5 total in a year)​
  • 2 referred firms must sign a new Neos contract​
  • Participate in 2 webinars a year​
  • Attend a conference with the Assembly executive team to promote our brands jointly​

Your benefits

  • 20% discount on Neos licenses (up to $10k) for as long as you stay in the Ambassador Influencer tier
  • Invitation to annual premium event: The Formula 1 Grand Prix (locations vary by year)
  • Premium, limited-edition Assembly merchandise



* A qualified lead is defined as:

  • Net new Neos sales where Assembly is not already engaged in an active sales cycle
  • Law Firm in any of the following practice areas:
    • Personal Injury
    • Family Law
    • Insurance Defense
    • Mass Tort
    • Public Sector
  • Located in the US
  • All required fields provided: Valid Firm & Contact Name, Firm Email, and User Count



** Requires a client service agreement for a new Neos customer and capped at $2500 for Advocates and Envoys
